Artwork 1 (Foundation year)

This is an assignment in foundation year. For this assignment, we need to redesign a logo based on the culture of our own country. The logo I chose is Nando's Restaurant. I redesigned it based on Chinese culture. I use the red color as background because in China, red means happiness and celebration, I want to show that meals in Nando's can make customers happy. And I did the logo in the style of Chinese painting to show Chinese culture. I drew both the rooster and the letters with the downloaded brush in Adobe Illustrator.
